Marion & Werner (The Royal Hotel Riebeek Kasteel Valley)

Marion & Werner got married at The Royal Hotel in Riebeek Kasteel Valley. Its a beautiful part of Cape Town and I was super excited to shoot there!

I was very inspired by the hotel and the “old” feel of the little town. I started my career being a photographer for Cape Town opera events and thats where I met Marion a opera-star for the first time. Her voice is like a bird and that theme was used in their decor with little bird cages.She now sings in Europe.

I photographed a family wedding and it’s always my pleasure to see the families again!

Werner also loves photography and I first met in the town with him holding his camera!

We had great fun and at one point her veil blew out of her hair!

The wedding was coordinated by Christina from Wedding Concepts. Videography by Vision on Fire.

My assistant for the day was Earl.
